In this respect, pursuant to the laws and regulations of the Netherlands relating to alternative investment fund managers which are applicable to Transtrend Fund Alliance and to the alternative investment fund manager of Transtrend Fund Alliance in respect of their duties for Transtrend Fund Alliance, certain documents have to be made available on the website of MultiTrend (EUR) for these non-professional investors in the Netherlands.
